What to do?......
Hello,
I have a 92' Formula and the intake is leaking coolant into the #7 & 8 and fouling the plugs.
I have the option to most likely change the intake out to fix the corrosion or swap motors completely with a 358 motor that came out of my dirt super stock.
I then can either keep the tpi setup by changing the intake for a vortec head or keep the complete setup and run it carbed...
What would you do?
The car isnt really going to be my "daily driver" any more as I have something else so thats not a factor (gas mileage).
I just not sure what would be the best either way I have to tear into a motor and such.
The stock L98 thats in it right now has 185,000 miles as it is... Also something to think about though it doesnt have any leaks ect ...
Give me ideas and ask questions im open to any..

put a nice carb motor in there. that's my opinion. that motor thats in there is getting up there in miles anyway and chances are it will come out at some point to be replaced. i wouldn't drive or even try starting it with that leak cause that could lock up the motor and then it will be in need of a rebuild or just junk. plus i can swap a motor in a couple days so the amount of time spent would be less or about the same.
thats of course if you don't need any smog test.
