is very popular 383 cam
http://www.jegs.com/i/Comp-Cams/249/...ductId=757952#

Crane # 119661 230 /238 (expensive)
http://www.cranecams.com/product/car...detail&p=24188

Oldy but goodie
GMPP 847 cam 234 /242

Also consider one of LE custom cams

NB
these are OEM style cams; the same grind is usually available in a retro fit style if you don't have a roller block .They have less duration than your present cam but way more lift
You have the rear gears to make a big cam work but might need a spring upgrade on heads for the bigger lift if you fit these cams

With a 750DP / Vic Jnr , my identical to yours 383 comb
dynoed 410RWHP with the 847 cam.

Re: cam change

You see the duration leaning towards the exhaust side and the 383's seem to like that.

I don't think that one is OEM roller. Looks retrofit.

I don't know how Crane differentiates between the two styles.
I have exact same part# here in OEM config

Comp at least use a different prefix # to identify OEM or retro
