Engine: 173i v6 2.8 :(

Transmission: Stock 700R4

173i 2.8 v6 swap to a 350 v8?

Recently bought a 1989 Camaro RS as a project car. It does run a v6 2.8 with 164k miles. I want to purchase a new 350 v8, what else do I need to purchase to make this swap complete? Also, what are you guy's suggestions/tips/two cents about this swap? Thanks
