2.8L v6 to carb'd '94 Lt1

hello i am currently in the process of rebuilding a 1994 LT1 motor to put into my 87 firebird. I have a couple of questions, since i am eliminating the fuel injection and going to straight carburation will i need to get a different style of camshaft? or can i use the competition cam and roller lifters? and i've already bought a performance intake manifold, anyone have any suggestions for a solid carburater? thanks for any input

Not unless you want to
Carb engines can run different specs to EFI ones because they don't have to deal with the computer
