Ok I've spent the last 4 hours searching threads on here and kinda hit and miss on a couple things was wondering if y'all could possabily help clear them up.

1. I have a 91 z28 with 305 tpi with the t5 trans, I just bought a 350 tbi out of a 92 1500 pickup and I'm going to swap my tpi set up over and replace the tbi.

2. I know I need differant injectors, knock sensor, and a prom whatever that is and that's my first question what is the prom??

3. The other question is what else do I need from the donor truck? Like computer and wiring etc...

4. What can I use off my tpi set up on the 350

Thanks for any help y'all can give and if ya give me a hard time for this topic being over posted then I'll take the criticism cause I probably deserve it but I want to do this swap bad

 

the chip ( blue thing ) inside the computer.Take your 305 one out and install a 350 prom



Nothing ( unless you want to install TBI in your car )

All you are doing is swapping a different engine under the intake so nothing changes up top
350 TPI identical to 305 TPI except for the 350 specific items you already know about

 

Ok so the hard one to find will be the computer chip. Can I have tpichips.com just make me one?? Cause I've got an extra 305 chip in my shop
