Almost finished with my engine swap!
I recently purchased an 83 Camaro z28 with the carbureted 305, vin H. I got myself a 69 350 block, bored 30 over, slapped on double hump heads, an aggressive cam, Accell ignition system, a dual plane edelbrock intake, and a 650 cfm edelbrock carb. Also swapped the 700r4 to a turbo 350, with a shift kit.
Got the engine and trans mounted in the car, everything together on the engine, finished wiring the engine (which was a bit more complicated than what i expected, but im not very good at wiring), radiator back in, filled it with fluids, and got the driveshaft made to the correct length and mounted. Pretty much all that needs to be done is install the fuel pump (I got an electric fuel pump and blocked off the original fuel pump mounting location), and connect the throttle linkages up.
I don't really have any questions, just wanted to express how excited I was that my project was almost complete.
Also, before someone states the obvious, I realize double hump heads are not the best option, but my friend had a pair sitting in his house that he wasn't using.
