Car: Firebird

Engine: 3.1

Transmission: T5

3.1 mpfi to carbed 5.7

When i do the engine swap in my car, i want to keep the electric fuel pump in the tank and put a fuel pressure regulator in the fuel line before the carb. Would that work or no????

So long as it is the correct bypass type reg that returns unneeded fuel to the tank using the stock return line
A normal in / out Holley carb reg will not work with the stock EFI pump
