305 tbi to a 350 Ram Jet

I have a 1989 Camaro RS with the 305 TBI system and have been looking around for decently priced crate engines and found a 350 Ram Jet turn key crate engine. Any opinions on this swap? Or suggestions? Or any suggestions on other deals?

Well I dont want to spend no more than 4000 maybe 4500. 5000 will have to do if I cant find the right deal. I want something with atleast 330 hp. I'm not too worried about economy. By the time I have the car where I want it (show worthy) I will have antique tags on it and wont need that smog crap.
