90 camaro rs 305 vortec swap

90 camaro vortec 305 swap to crate 350 non vortec. what do i need to properly complete this swap. i know all need a non vortec tbi intake but is that all i will need. and can i delete all my smog equipment as well if it has sensors on it and what not. like my smog pump and plug my air injection ports on my manifolds with 1/4'' plugs. crate engine already has installed matching belt kit. idk what happened to my vortec 305 drove it to work today ran great no check engine lights. left it sitting for 8 hours and i come out to what i thought was a dead battery but i tried jumping it for 30 minutes with a f550 ford diesel with heavy duty jumper cables and the engine acts locked up. plenty of oil and radiator fluid. new map sensor plugs. also i installed a new exhaust system yesterday. could i of messed up something by welding on it and not unhooking the ground. i unplugged the positive wire. idk what i did or what happened but im confused

You need one that fits the new engine
There are no sensors on the AIR system

Both are SBC 's ; the engines basically interchange.
But there are generational ( year to year ) changes that may make your new engine not work in your car without mods .
Some early heads don't have all the bolt holes needed to mount your late brackets , flywheels differ as noted , etc
No biggy , but things you need to be aware of if expecting a bolt in and drive off engine swap
Also if keeping EFI ; you need a 350 prom for the computer, a 350 knock sensor and 350 injectors to replace the 305 specific items
