1990 rs ??
i have a 1990 rs with a 305 tbi in it i was wondering if anyone knows if they have a roller cam shaft in them trying to avoid pulling the intake im building a 350 for it and would like to use the lifters and ect instead of buying new if i can any help would be great thanks

It did from the factory. Whether it still does depends upon its history.
As long as the engine hasn't been neglected, the lifters should be fine in a factory roller 350 block. But, you need to clean and inspect each one carefully before reusing.

thanks a lot its the original engine im pretty sure at the very least i can use the hold down plate and suck that will save me some cash even if i have to buy new lifters just didnt wana tare down my car until im ready to swap the engine

yes i believe 87+ all had roller cams, my 87 305 TPI did from the factory however it doesnt now, so if by any chance youd want or need lifters push rods, or a cam from a TPI LB9 just PM me ill ship ya all of it very cheap since im not ever going to you any of it
