so guys.. i have a set of pristine 70's(dont remember years) camle hump 202 heads. know i say prestine loosely the heads were just worked and look great...buttt when i got home my brother got one of the heads out my truck and dropped it!!!!! the point of this thread is that one of the ears cracked off,know in all my expirence weldin cast dont work out. can i fix this? should i make a new ear and braze it? need some help pleaseeee..... thanks guys.

Casting #, overall condition (like, how far have the seats receded into the castings), pics of the broken off piece.

Without those things, it's a bunch of monkey spank.

 

hmmm,the heads were just done only probelem is that one ear broke off.made new ear and welded it last night set it in sand and it was good this moring. i dont think you under stood the original post,maybee i dont understand yours lol all is good now ill post a pic of them done thanks. sorry if i confused you!!!

 

heads have cooled and just ground them down,going out now to put on engine post pics later
