I have a 92chevy 1500 pick up .it has the original 700r4 tranny .I bought an 84 chevy 305 remanufactured engine its 40 over now my problem is in 84 they waited the fly wheel not the crank so im look n for a fly wheel to work do I need to know year make and model so I can call around or search online so if any one can ansure me it whould be such a help .I got to get this thing back on the road asap I have a great offer on a new job and need reliable transportation in order to start so if u can smell what im step n in you can under stand my urgency my name is Telly and thanks for your time.

Only engines with 1 pce RMS crank have a weight on the flexplate ,if your engine is one of those all you need is a '87+ flexplate to suit
153 tooth to suit starter with inline bolts
168 tooth to suit starter with offset bolts
If your crank flange looks like below it is a 1 pce RMS engine ; if not is is just a reg 2 pce RMS SBC as used from 1955 - 86
In any case only the correct one will bolts up , they don't interchange

I suspect you meant to say in '92 the flexplate was weighted. Your '84 engine would not be.
A flexplate for an '84 C10 305 or 350 will get you at 168-tooth, 2-piece rear main seal piece. Common as dirt. And cheap ($25 at Advance Auto).
