Howdy! I am new to this site and am looking at a 1991 V6 Camaro. I was thinking of dropping in a new engine/transmission. I'm on a $7500 budget. I want to have over 400 HP/Torque. What else will I need, aside from the engine/tranny? Suspension, exhaust, engine mounting brackets, etc.
Now, I have no experience dealing with engines (I have a little know-how, but not enough), so a body shop will be installing it.

Most importantly, is this doable within my budget? That is the absolute max I would spend.
