Okay so for the last couple of days Ive been browsing online for rebuilt engines since my current is on its last leg. Whoever had it before me didnt treat it to well and now im left with this bottomless money pit. After my last visit to the shop, I figured it would be much more cost effective to just purchase a rebuilt engine than to repair and replace every componet of the current one. However, I do like the idea of a 305 instead of the same ol' v6. My question is what all would I need to change around.Id like to know all Im getting myself into and im sure someone here has done it before me so thanks in advance. Also my v6 is a 5 speed.
