Ok so I've posted before and it got clowdy as it went on. I had a 1988 firebird 2.8 tpi and I took it out, put in a 305 tbi from a 88 camaro, which had vats. The firebird that the motor is in now does not. The injectors win fire initial squirt of gas when key is turned. I have to dump gas down butterflies to fire, then once it fires the injectors will start and keep it running for abour 5 seconds and shut off. I don't have the knowledge about repinning the computer. The engine computer is from the firebird and has the camaro chip. I have a 307 out back I could put in it. Can someone give me a solution for getting the tbi motor going or a complete list of parts and possibly links to everything needed to convert to a carburated motor? I want the guages and defroster and all that to work as well. Please help.
