6.0 hook up to a 83 5speed?
I found this 83 Camaro. Real nice no motor. Has trans tho it is a 5 speed original. Car is complete otherwise. I also have a deal on a complete 6.0 out of a 01 Chevy truck complete with comp and wire harness and all accessories. Wondering if I can bolt that motor to that trans Camaro was originally a v8 car

Yes there ways to bolt the T5 up to the 6.0L but the trans will not live under the torque the 6L puts out.
A TKO600 or a T56 would make a nice match to the 6L.

A t5 is a poor match for a 6.0 build. Can be done. Took me forever to find it but Pocket did this a while back Post #2 gives good details. https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/ltx-...wap-again.html
