I am starting to accumulate some parts for a swap from a 92 305TBI to a 350 TPI and I have some wiring questions.

I got my hands on an '86 TPI unit with the complete wiring harness, injection unit, and MAF sensor. I bought a computer from a 92 camaro on EBay that was from a Speed Density setup car. Can I use the harness from the 86 MAF unit with the Speed Density ECU as is?? If not, can I make some modifications myself or do I need to hunt down an original speed density harness?

You cant use the harness as it is, wont work. You can either buy another harness or modify the one you have, follow this link:
