Water in block

i bought a block a few weeks ago wrapped it up in a tarp and had to leave it outside while i was at school, i was working on it today and it has water all inside of it, any suggestions on how to get water out of a block, i mean the waters every where down the shaft for the distributer into the oil pump, and i think it ended up down the intakes into the cyl. let me know what to do

if the engine doesn't have the pan on it, the water in the oil system should all come out the bottom. You can remove the plugs at the sides of the block to drain the coolant system. If you are planning on using this clock, I would make sure you get it drained quickly as to prevent rust.
