So I have been smelling gas after a bit of driving. I'm pretty sure its the charcoal canister purge system. As I dont have the vac line that goes from the charcoal solenoid to the tb. I know the ecm opens and closes the charcoal canister . Does anyone know how often or if it will even open the canister if I swapped to carb. Was thinking maybe hooking up a switch to the charcoal solenoid and remotely opening and closing the line to purge the system every now and then so I wont smell gas.
