LT1 or LS1 Swap Kit for 3RD Gen
Hi all,
I am considering doing an LS1 or LT1 swap for my 91 TP1 Formula. Are there any kits available that include harness and ECM. Are there issues for gauges? Can the 700r4 handle the power? Lastly, how much will the comversion cost?
Thanks for your help.

How did you handle the electronics? Did you use the LT1 ECM. Was there any incompatiility with the gauges?

Check out my web page...I've got A LOT of info regarding the swapping of an LT1 into a 3rd Gen car.
Good luck, and if you have any questions feel free to e-mail me.

I did the wiring myself using the TBI harness and the LT1 harness.
wasn't that hard ... you couls also purchase a painless wiring of jegs but it's actually about the same thing as doing one yourself.
