Hey guys, picked up a 1984 Trans Am with functional power bulge hood. I tried looking through the search but didn't find any info, is there any way to drop a 454 into one of these cars and use the power bulge airbox? Original plan for this car was to bore out and stroke the 350 that came in it. The 350 block code says it's a 1970-1976 350 but the quadrajet on it is coded to a 1978 K10 pickup. Not 100% decided on what I want to put under the hood, budget is only dependent on how much overtime I want to work. Constantly searching local classifieds to see what's available and right now there's a 454 in the area for $400. Either way, I want to use an Edelbrock Pro Flo 4 with the carburetor style throttle body so I can use the cowl induction. All advice is appreciated. Thank you
