It appears you have everything needed for heat so long as your blower motor works. Looks like you just need heater core hoses.
Do you still have the condenser in front of the radiator? You will also need a few metal lines coming out of the box on the firewall to the left of your engine, and an AC compressor on your serpentine routing. I am not sure if the AC compressor clutch was controlled by the factory ECU, which is no longer in use if you are carb. Hopefully a more knowledgable member will chime in!

That medium size rubber hose that comes out of the intake and goes to the radiator is your heater hoses. Instead of taking hot water out of the intake and dumping it directly back into the cold tank like that, which causes some fraction of the heated coolant the engine pumps toward the radiator to be cooled, to instead COMPLETELY bypass the radiator and return uncooled back to the block, the hot water needs to go to the heater core, and the other side of the heater core needs to be hooked to that port on the radiator.

For the A/C, you need a compressor, a set of lines, an accumulator/dryer, maybe a condenser (can't see whether that's still in there or not), some wiring, and some refrigerant. Any parts that are still there (evaporator and condenser) need to be completely flushed out with solvent first. Hopefully they're not only still there, but also still good. Same for the control head.

you'll need the compressor, brackets, belt, condenser (if you don;t have it) the 88 plus hard line that goes from the evep to condenser, orifice tube and accumulator. plus o rings....

You;ll also need the rubber hose that goes acorss the engine bay to the driver side... it looks like you got a 88 plus ac system cause of the evap style which would use the serp belt passenger side mounted compressor, but your engine setup appears to have been from an older car or soemthing....at least the belt system...

So you'd be piecing together a 88 plus hard line system and a 87 down rubber hose setup. Theres a whole bunch of different hoses depending on the motor..I know 85 - 87 TPI hoses are not available..... V6 hoses might fit... they might be longer to compensate for the V6 block though but im not sure is there are any other hoses available.

Electrically you'd need the sensor on the accumulator and there;s one on the compressor and there;s one in the hard line for the fan.... but it looks like all the elctrical stuff is missing....

SPECULATION:

Im guessing yu could probably omit al that missing electrical stuff and just have a switch to turn the compressor on...but the fan would also need to come on to cool the condenser. Im not sure if that would work though as im onlty used to stock electrically wired ac systems.
