TPI to Carb in '87 T/a

Their is a crate motor from advance for sale for around 1,000. It was 1,600 new and has 3,000 miles on it. Currently i have a TPI 305 in my 87 Trans am- I have some one who want to purchase it. Mine has 72,000 miles on it and its clean. How much is it worth? The motor i want to put in it is a 350 4 barrel. Supposely it will match up. It is a heavy duty with "forged pistons"..I dont know to much about the engine..but once ill know ill post it. Supposely 350HP...is it worth it to but a carbed 350 inplace of my 305 TPI..I know it is a easy swap..Also i got a pair of 3:73 to put in also..What will i run..is it worth it..

Why dont you just put your injection on top of this new crate motor you are looking into?The TPI can support that horsepower level with a couple of tweeks.
