Turbo Lq4 heater box

I am planning on putting a lq4 with a single turbo into my 87 iroc, I was wondering if anyone has found a way to still have heat, (no a/c doesn't bother me), and continue to have my piping running out the back.

You can run a non AC optioned HVAC box.

Give hawks a call. Im sure they'll have it, or can piece it together for you.

Awesome thanks, the concern was the size, and the down pipe not fitting out the back hopefully its a little smaller

Re: Turbo Lq4 heater box

I pretty much have this exact setup in my TA. The non a/c heater box leaves plenty of room for the down pipe. Only issue I ran into is the Sniper valve covers I’m using were a little tall so I had to slightly dent the heater box for clearance. You can check out my build thread here
