LS3 swap trouble codes
i read this in the description for the l3s e-rod:
can anyone explain this? thnx
- The specially calibrated engine controller does not engage a number of features associated with production-model systems, which eliminates the possibility of trouble codes. It also has an SES (service engine soon) LED indicator embedded in the fuse box.

Re: LS3 swap trouble codes
I believe what they're saying is they have programmed out monitoring of some circuits. For instance, they are probably not running evap system checks, so there will be no potential for P0442, 446, 496, etc
