What all will I need for the swap?

A buddy of mine has a 94 suburban with a 5.7l and 4l60e that I can gut out and use for my 1984 Camaro. So I'm prepared, what all will I need for the engine and tranny to mount up? Will I need to get a new torque arm, because my current one mounts to the tail piece of my 700r4. Is there a way to splice in the suburbans engine harness to my Camaros digital interior harness? Will I need a different drive shaft than my Camaros factory one or is there an adapter? The more detail the better please!

Re: What all will I need for the swap?

it would be easy to just take the '94 350 long block and install using the original non-electronic t700,get a carb intake meant for '87-95 SBC(to use the original carb),and have it running in a couple days.If the Suburban is 4x4,it's tranny will be trouble to use,but good for spare parts. If original carb is used, rejetting and other adjustments will be needed for best results
