So I'm pulling a 350 out of a 94 suburban 1500 and would like to use the same accessory brackets that it came with to help keep the engine management easy to handle. However I'm worried that the factory mount brackets will be too tall for the hood to close. Does anyone know if it'll fit or should I just find a serpentine bracket system to buy?

 

Those brackets are too tall. You will need to find a set of F body brackets.
