Ok im gettin ready to putt my 355 in my 85Z... ok well i gott the car with no motor(305 original) and some of the wires cutt and the rest all over the place and im gonna be using an older motor sett up and its carbed so im gonna be scrappin the computer and wiring harness but i need to know how to go about this?? what wires am i gonna need to keep and how do i find where they r at so they dont gett removed with the rest? and where exactly is the comp? ok thanks in advace:hail:

 

I'll make this real easy, remove every wire coming out of the passenger side, then remove the computer from behind the passenger side dash/footwell area. Now all you have to do is rewire the back up lights since they came from the passenger side harness.
