I'm converting from a 2.8 to a pontiac 326. I want to know how far from the radiator or what not they should be.

Do I just take out the GM ones and bolt in the pontiac ones?

Thanks. Does it even matter? Can I put the fan an inch away from the radiator? Can I just line up the drive shaft and do it from there?

 

your going to set a set of pontiac engine mounts and frame mounts, you will have to most likely drill new holes in the frame for them to fit, you can mount the engine pretty much where ever you want, i got a set of pontiac frame mounts forsale for 50$ including shipping if you needed a pair,

 

Thanks though but I called auto zone and they have them for 15 bucks each. Do you think I could use my drive shaft from the T5?
