95 Camaro LT1 engine in a 91-92 camaro

I have an opprotunity to buy a 95 wrecked camaro with an LT1 and a 460le tranny. Its a complete car, but from what I know the body is destroyed. What do I need to know about swapping the engine / trans / rear end into a 91-92 thirdgen?

any and all info is appreciated.

Also, Is $4000 for this car a fair deal? its got 68k miles.

if all you are going to use is the engine and tranny, then no, dont get it. I got my complete engine with PCM and wiring harness for $1500. granted, thats not with the tranny, but Id say $4000 is a little high. but if you plan on getting other stuff from the car, then go for it.

I paid 3500 for a 94 with 7000 miles on it 5 years ago. Last summer I saw a 6 speed car in the paper for 2500.
