A/c wont fit?

I am currently shopping for an LT1 w/ t56 to swap into my 88 iroc. I noticed in one of the forums that the a/c wont fit. Is this true?

Check out www.hpsalvage.com then click on the swap section.Some good info. If you can do without A/C get an A/C delete pulley for about $40 at www.gmpartsdirect.com.... dont forget about the p.i.t.a. wiring b.s....let me know how it turns out............later
