350 Short Block?
Where do I find a 87 350 short block preferable in Canada? Im looking for 9:1 compression forged bottom end and Im using TPI parts to top it off.

Axle/Gears: 12B-3.73/9"-3.89
If you hadn't said "forged bottom end", I'd say ZZ4 shortblock. Otherwise, it meets your criteria.
Outside of that, look for a 350 core and put the stuff you want in it.
