Engine: 305 0.30 over(310ci)'dyno'd @10:6.1 cr. , 462 heads,Ported. edelbrock eps manifold,2701 cam,1406 carb.Headman Headers.

Transmission: 5 Speed

86 Ta 305 kinda foolish question but need some info

This is my first TA and the Engine needs some work.My question is rather foolish but I Need to know if the thing is manufactured by chevy.also any info one can share,this is a restore package so i must want to drop in a 350 but ?
any info will help,I e-mailed gm to no avail.it is supposed to be an lg4 9:5.1 it does have edelbrock Parts....
