Not asking about an LT1 swap... but more so is it scrap?

Not asking about an LT1 swap... but more so is it scrap?
I found a guy selling an LT1 for $650 cdn, but the engine includes everything but the computer, harness, starter, and water pump. Without the computer and harness the engine is pretty much scrap metal isn't it?? Speedy feedback would be great!!! mainly because if it is possible for me to get it going, I have to act quickly.

No, its not scrap by any means! Youll just need to pick up a computer and a wiring harness, and you should be set. If the mielage is low on the engine, $650 isnt too bad, but does seem a little high for just an engine. Make sure it comes with all of the power accessories and brackets.
