Great article on thirds in CA this month!

Being a subscriber to Classic American, I got my issue through the door yeterday. It's a pretty good one all round but there is a fantastic article on buying a thirdgen Camaro. Not sure why they just didn't cover Firbirds as well though

It is excellent with an in depth look at what to avoid and what to look for. If there are any considering buying a Camaro I thouroughly recommend it and thirdgen.org is mentioned a couple of times too

Just thought I'd share. Good to see the magazine actually having some good material for a change.

Cheers,
Felix

Got the article early myself as I subscribe to Classic American also.

I must admit the main attraction of Classic American for me now is the classifieds. Seeing what thirdgen's are for sale at what price etc. Don't you find it funny how everyone with a convertible thirdgen thinks that regardless of condition that the car is worth around 10K?

Regarding the article:- I thought it was alright but a tad superficial. A bit surprised the way they marketed it as a thirdgen Camaro buyers guide but then mentioned the Firebird on numerous occassions. Why not just make it a ThirdGen buyers guide?

I've discussed that mag with RMK a few times also, and he too feels that there seems to be way much emphasis on Limo's, C+W music, model cars etc. They never have any 'enthusiast' articles, never anything on performance mod's etc.

PS Is everyone hibernating already?
Not me! Though it does seem a little quiet around here lately.
