i have the 80 series in my car. it does sound really good, very throaty, but i also gutted my cat. that definitely helps if you can do it. i'd go for it though it definitely adds muscle to your ride. but beware i have been mistaken for a mustang lol.

Flowmaster single chamber. Though I like the sound of my Hooker (sound clip in the signature.)

Yea the 80s are very loud and very aggressive. I am putting on a cut-out now for when I want my exhaust to deafen me.

If you want your car to sound really ballsy, ditch the crossflow setup all-together. My girlfriends RS has a mandrel bent 3inch single with a single in single out Hooker aerochamber 3inch muffler mounted just beneath the right rear passenger seat (banged in the floor panel just a tad for clearance) and also with a turndown............sounds BADASS, NOBODY, and I mean nobody believes her car is a 305, especially when we race them Granted her car does have headers and a healthy cam/intake. I have the crossflow hooker 3inch in, 2.5in outs on my Firebird (the catback system) and while it does sound really badass, its not quite as ballsy and deep as her 305 with the single in, single out hooker muffler. Its got more of a medium pitched ripping sound when I get on it, while her car is more of a thunderous roar.

If your going to keep the "stock" setup, I've been told the SpinTech are load as hell! Just what I've heard though!
