I knocked all the crap out of the cat on my car yesterday, and it sounds horrible. I was kind of expecting it to, but I'm gonna put a pipe through it and that should fix the sound issue. I definitely noticed the car running much better though. And I can't hear my exhaust leak anymore, so I guess it was the clogged cat causing a leak where the y pipe and cat meet.

 

We coulda told you that was gonna happen.

You guys did tell me that it would happen, butI didn't have a pipe at the time to put through the car. I needed to use the car though, but I am going to try to put in a pipe sometime this week. It should sound wicked from what I've been told.

 

mine sounds good, after I replaced the hollow cat with a pipe
