how much do you think a muffler shop would charge to make a y pipe for my car prob 2 1/2 pipe
Is that all you need is a Y-pipe. Through just about any magazine you should have no problem finding one for under $100. And thats for a good one too. www.summit-racing.com has several different ones. You most likely will not need ot get one made, though that also depends on what you are looking for. Good Luck.

Buy one from summit, and while you're at it you might as well pick up some headers too, heck get them ceramic coated even. Then of course you have to buy a cat-back too...
