Exhaust replacements..
HEy all
There is an IROC I was looking at, now you know how its a dual exhaust, well one of the pipes are missing that comes out of the whole unit there. And the pipe that goes into that unit has some massive holes in it. How hard would it be to replace them?

Sounds like you need a new cat-back exhaust...simply put the pipe that runs from the catalyst to the muffler, and the muffler need to be replaced.
As to whether it's hard or not...I had a shop do mine. Having done exhaust work where the car is up on jack-stands and the old pipes are really rusty and I had no torch or air tools, I opted to spend the extra $75 to have someone else do it. But if you must do it yourself, be sure to wear some decent safety glasses. That rust will rain down on you, and most of it seems to aim for your face.
Take care,

I paid $259. for my Hooker cat-back plus $75 for installation. So that's $334 plus tax. Depends on what you think is expensive. It was to me but my baby's worth it.
