SLP 1 3/4 or SLP 1 5/8 ??

i'm about to get some slp headers, but i'm not sure which size to get? i have a 92 z28 305 5spd with free mods, forged pistons at a 10:1 compression ratio, mild cam, catback exhuast, airfoil, and i'm planning to get the holley stealth ram soon and NOS. so what size would be good for the most hp gain with my setup? thanks

i would get the slp 1 3/4. thats what i have. slp recommends those for the 350 and the smaller ones for the 305 but you have a lot of mods and you say you plan on adding more so just get the 1 /34 and you wont have to buy headers twice.

1 3/4.
I have a 305, and trust me, if I had installed one set of SLP headers and then had to upgrade when I needed the bigger ones, I would've killed myself. Way too much work to be going to small on the header size.
