Engine: L92/LQ4 (both w/4" stroke)
Transmission: 4L80E/4L80E
Axle/Gears: 12B-3.73/9"-3.89
2.8 is a 60 degree V6, 3.8 is 90 degree. No fit.
There was a post or two on it a couple of months ago. Do a search for the info, but as I recall, they aren't 3rd gen headers and require some tweaking.
