How does it sound? I saw someone on here mention that they don't sound all that loud (which is fine by me), but that they actually flow better than the Flowmasters? Also, what kind of tips or tailpipes are on it?

the sound is not the best i've heard on third gens, however i have heard that once they settle in they get really loud, and its been 3 weeks since i put mine on and im still waiting.....
my super turbo kit for an 84 LG4 motor came with NO chrome tips (even though the guy at summit said it did) the rear pipes are like bent downward and they kinda tuck under the rear so you cant see them too well, i've kind grown fond of it though gives it that "sleeper" look, hope this was a help

i forgot to add that Dynomax says their system flows better than Flowmasters, and flowmaster says theirs flows better than dynomax, so take that however you want, i just went with dynomax because it was cheaper and it had the 1 peice I-pipe

That's what I'm looking for. I want to appear as stock as possible on the outside, but scoot when I want to. The interior noise level is real important to me; I don't want to have to turn the radio up everytime I get above 45 mph.

Any pics?

I've heard flowmaster is one of the worst flowing mufflers. Dynomax is one of the best.

When yall say, "gets louder," are you talking like years from now when the fiberglass packing is gone???....or are you talking like 2 months??....and how loud is louder???

Well mine never got louder and I put it on a year ago. I've only put 3000 or so miles on the car though so maybe it isn't broken in.

I'm talking about the cat back not the catalytic converter.
