Over time the muffler crack a hole throgh a rusty spot. Man that sounded like $h!t. Well I just set out some JB weld till it tured to gum. Suck it on there with some more weld and now thats about the strongest point of the muffler. Next is that cat, thing keeps buzzing. Well I shut it up with some weld.

I had to use some JB weld on the number 1 cylinder on my air injection pipe. Of course i've got the older SLP's so I didn't want to spend $$$ to get it fixed when it was under warrenty. Anyways, long story short, they WOULD have fixed it but I needed it done ASAP and that wasn't going to happen. So I bought the y-pipe gaskets, paid $30 to a local welder and had it fixed....he said that he could smell the jb-weld burning off, I told him it was a temp fix for a 540mile trip and I needed to do something about it . Good stuff but it didn't hold up to the heat, it turned rock hard but pulled away from the pipe after I started the motor. That's even after letting it sit all nite.
How about just spending the money on a cat-back system .
