what is the loudest setup i can get for my 89 rs 305, i know a 3" cat-back but is the 40 series or the 80 series the loudest, thanks

they make 1 chamber race mufflers that will be loud. check their site out to see which muffler is louder

Get a cut-out. That way you can go from really loud to sweet Flowmaster sound with three bolts

Headers and no cat will make your car much louder

Then you'll really get the benefit out of a nice cat back, both in terms of sound and power.

40's are louder than 80's and the 1 chambers are loudest of all.
