timing w/ new headers

Engine: 379cc twin cyl 2-stroke stroker
Transmission: 6 spd manual
Axle/Gears: 14/41 tooth
timing w/ new headers
will my setup want a bit more timing now that i have the headers and 3" exhaust on. i know it wont hurt to play with it but i am just wandering
