What I did was grind them down and welded them at the top then sanded it semi what smooth. On my manifolds I had plugs I put in.

No, not JB Weld. Can't take the heat, will exit the kitchen.

They offer them without the A.I.R. tubes. You'd be better served to return/exchange them for a set like what you want.

Not really i live in canaDUH which means i'd have to pay shipping (50-75) and brokerage fees 70 dollars 140 plus the 1600 degree coating i paid 175 for....
I'll grind them down!

They will rust where you grind them, since they will be uncoated.

Its so rough living in Canda and trying to get some decent parts.

Maybe try and weld in the holes where the AIR was located.

I cut the air tubes on my 1 5/8 headers, tapped the holes and threaded bolts in them. I then had the headers coated. I started getting O2 problems. The bolts were allowing O2 into the header tubes and messing up the O2 sensor. I took the car to a good welder and he closed the holes up permanently. My advice is to have them welded closed off the car. Then you can grind the weld smooth and coat the headers, minimizing discoloration from the welding and make the headers look nicer. (if that's important to you.)
