How will my setup sound?

Ok I havent started my car yet, but I am worried that the Hooker Aerochamber wont sound as good as I want. I have a 350HO with 330 horsepower 380 torque with a carbed performer setup. I have Hedman Ceramic coated ellite shorty headers, a hedman Y pipe, 3" cutout and cat delete and a 3" hooker aerochamber catback. Will it sound pretty good i am hoping?

Personally I think straight pipes sound like a speedboat, 2 guys in LT1 cars went flying by me the other direction one day... they both had straights... and I swear it sounded exactly like 2 powerboats racing down on the river. (Been known to happen around here from time to time) The hooker with the rest of the stuff should sound quite nice.

all of my friends with muscle cars run duals with 40 series flowmasters, so i just dont want to be the lame duck. i realize single 3" hooker wont sound awesome but it will sound different i guess. eventually i want an oval pipe dual setup with car chemistry inserts.

i have those car chemistry inserts. they seem a tad expensive, and i'm not sure how effective they'd be at keeping the sound to a reasonable level.

my 305 sounds downright angry with my sidepipes and inserts (mine are the 2 disk racing pieces)

i hate them.
