Looking for exaust..

Im looking for a cat back with a pretty loud idle. im looking for a deep rumble at idle. I was thinking hooker but i have heard that it isnt very loud at idle. I want an all around loud exaust but not something that would get me in trouble with the cops. i will consider any brand. Flowmaster, ravin, hooker, dynomax, spintech.... thanks

I'd say get the Flowmaster cat-back. I think it sounds better at idle.

Flowmaster American Thunder Cat-Back Exhaust w/ 80 series muffler (3" single inlet/ 3" dual outlet), it has a nice deep rumble @ idle and screams when you mash the gas pedal. My RS is also equipped w/ SLP headers & a Catco hi-flo cat.

what about the borla? i think the one thats on this guys 4th gen has the exhuast split into a y before the mufler, so half of the exhaust is strait thrue and the other half passes thrue the muffler, sounds mean.

Ravin

Ravins website is goravin.com. Ask MetallicamaroRS, he has a soundclip of his Ravin cat-back.
