i just got a sound clip of my cars exhaust and was wonderin how i would post in on the sounds page

its pretty loud

i agree. get a good catback or just a muffler somewhere. it has no tone to it. cam sounds cool but would sound better with a muffler of some sort.

Havent heard any of your sounds. It seriously does sound like one of those 10-second rotary cars you see at the track.

lol cat back?? i have no cat, plus im gonna put a 406 in it, so im gonna run a single 3inch pipe from the headers to a glasspack or a chambered muffler, from GMMP i think thats who makes it, its spendy though like $700

 

and rotary, are u tryin to compare my car to rice!!!!! lol no offense to ricers but, i think my car sounds mean, lotta people tell me it sounds like a drag car, but in all i agree it dont really have a tone, but i dont want somethin quieter

 

Just because its an import (or not V8 powered) doesn't mean its "rice". I know quite a few people with imports that are in roll-bar territory. I'll try to find a sound clip of a open-exhaust rotary drag car and we can compare. Not trying to bust ***** or anything but it doesnt sound like a V8 until you rev it.

The idle is also waaaaaay too low it sounds like its about to die.

i think it sounds like a demolition derby car. thats not a bad statement though. sounds good.

 

the idle is at just above 750, how much higher u want me to go, and it dont die, it just jumps alot
