headers and increasing the fuel pressure

This may be a dumb question but...

I was talking to a Edelbrock header dealer earlier today and he said that I need to increase the fuel pressure if I were to put performance headers in my 1991 305 TBI Camaro RS. Is this true?

Thanks

You might have to if it's running lean. I haven't had that problem, but mine's carb'ed.
